Shipping & Returns
We ship via Australia Post in Tracked Post Satchels and Boxes. Shipping & Handling is a flat rate charge of $14.95 Australia wide.
All care is taken so that when an order is placed we will dispatch as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Cut off times for ordering & next day postage is 4pm Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays. For orders placed & paid for after these times, will be sent on our following postal run days.(eg: placed & paid after 4pm Sunday, will be sent on Wednesdays Freight run ect)
Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 1-5 business days. As we are in a rural location in Western Australia please allow a few extra days for your order to arrive to your shipping destination. Our products are only available within Australia.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a Tracking Number (if you provided email at checkout) where your order can be tracked via http://auspost.com.au/track/ If no one is home when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post will either leave your satchel in a safe place, or leave a calling card. If a calling card is left, your item will then be available for collection from your nearby Australia Post outlet.
Flat Rate shipping does not apply to wholesale orders.
We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. To return or exchange your online purchase or for any other order discrepancy, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of purchase date. As we use an external delivery party (Australia Post Satchels) please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to refund the freight charges.
Please ensure you have made your selection carefully. We understand it is difficult to know whether you will like the fragrance you choose which is why we list the fragrance notes thoroughly, so we will not be held responsible if you do not like the fragrance you purchase. It is important to note we do not exchange or refund on ‘change of mind or not liking your fragrance choice.'
Please return all items in the original packaging and in the exact condition as received. If any item is not received in the exact condition as dispatched, a refund or exchange will not be offered. Any damage incurred during transit to Diamonds & Dust is the responsibility of the sender and any damaged items will not be refunded or exchanged. We are not responsible for customer returns that are not received back to us. No return or exchange on sale items. Refunds and exchanges are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt. For refunds, we will credit your original method of payment.
We only accepts returns purchased from our on-line store. If you have purchased a Diamonds & Dust product from a Stockist please contact that Stockist directly.
